Background
  • Sports enthusiast and certified expert in Exercise Science, dedicated to elevating athletic performance through cutting-edge training methodologies. Proven track record of empowering individuals to achieve their fitness goals. As a dynamic facilitator, Dr Dlamini brings passion, expertise, and a commitment to excellence to every teaching and learning session. Dr Dlamini is passionate about creative skills and applying content around a topic. He utilises teaching and learning pedagogies that employ new millennial-age survival skills (MASS), including creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, flexibility, curiosity, metacognition, and visualisation. Dr Dlamini engages in most new-age learning through video creation.
  • Certified for teaching and learning for Higher Education: completed University Education Induction Programmes (UEIPs) in assessing learning, designing and evaluating curriculum, teaching and learning, and supervising research.
