Biosketch Siphamandla Nyawose has worked in the Institution of Higher Learning as a lecturer since 2013. He worked at Varsity College, Durban University of Technology, University of KwaZulu Natal (Edgewood campus) before joining the discipline of Biokinetics, Exercise and Leisure Scientist at University of KwaZulu Natal since July 2018. He is a qualified Exercise Scientist, he completed his master’s degree in Sport Science and he is currently a PhD candidate in the discipline of Biokinetics, Exercise and Leisure Sciences. In 2016 he completed all University Education Induction Programme which covered 4 modules; Designing and evaluation curriculum in higher education, teaching and learning in higher education, assessing learning in higher education, and supervision in higher education. He is a member of South African Physical Education Association (SAUPEA) and he recently took part as a researcher in the national research project titled: State and status of Physical Education in Public Schools of South Africa.
